From a two-person
practice to a global firm.
In 2009, two former operators left big-firm consulting to build something different — advisory that owns the outcome, not just the analysis.
Today, 140 consultants across four offices serve leadership teams from the boardroom to the shop floor. We've stayed deliberately independent and deliberately small per client: one partner, one accountable team, start to finish.
